Our organization was founded in 1999 when restaurant owners united to promote their restaurants and increase profitability. It is a Multi-concept Restaurant Group with over 1,000 locations in Buffalo, Columbus, Pittsburgh, Albany, Saratoga Springs, Rochester, and Syracuse.

Our mission is to preserve the diverse and unique culinary experiences that ONLY independent restaurants can offer. Hundreds of independents collectively leverage operational efficiencies, purchasing power and marketing resources making each member stronger, more profitable and better equipped to compete with the chains!
