We are excited that Cate Yaeger, our newest Member Consultant heading Dining Alliance Charlotte, has been busy creating a promising buzz of interest.

Cate recently joined the North Carolina Restaurant & Lodging Association and has been gearing up for the first Charlotte board meeting in January 2012. Dining Alliance Charlotte currently has 41 members, including 131 Main, Dresslers & Red Rocks.

Gaining a sense of real interest and member loyalty has been the driving force behind Charlotte’s recent progress.  Exciting developments include: a competitive contract with smallwares king Edward Don & Co., as well as initiatives towards finding suppliers in Seafood, Center of Plate, and local Broadline distributors.
