DA assists foodservice owners with their purchasing and marketing programs to help the these operators be more competitive against their national competitors. DA is celebrating their tenth year in business and we have expanded into the new markets of Phoenix, Boston and Washington, D.C./Baltimore. We are seeking Member Consultants in all of our targeted areas: Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, Albany, Pittsburgh, Boston, Phoenix and Washington D.C./Baltimore. Our MCs sign new members, add programs for existing members and continue to service their accounts with cost savings analyses and member relations management.

We are seeking a self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a proven track record in outside sales. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, excellent communication and organizational skills and extensive outside sales experience with references that confirm the individual’s success in past outside sales positions.  They will be computer proficient and able to work independently in their targeted area. Strong consideration will be given to a candidate with food broker or wholesale foods experience. A reliable vehicle and the ability for some travel are an absolute must.

Dining Alliance offers a base salary, lucrative commission structure, attainable bonus opportunities, a five day work week and no limit to future earnings. The right candidate has the potential to make 60k in their first year. Dining Alliance is an equal opportunity employer.

Inside Sales Representative:

Dining Alliance Inc., a successful and growing 10 year old company based in Rochester, NY, is seeking a work-from-home sales professional with experience in phone sales from business to business.  Telephone sales experience is a must with a proven, verifiable track record of success.  We are seeking a well spoken person who makes an excellent impression over the phone. The ability to work independently is a must.  The right person must have a home office with high speed internet and be able to work freely between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday through Friday.  No evening or weekend calling is needed.

This position entails conducting warm and cold phone calls to independent restaurant owners to explain the Dining Alliance mission, schedule and confirm appointments for our outside sales’ team, add information to our company database (Salesforce) and provide exemplary customer service to our existing members.

This position is ideal for anyone who wishes to work a flexible daytime schedule of 25 plus hours per week from the convenience of their home.  We offer a competitive hourly wage plus commissions.   Applicants must have an updated computer with high speed internet, unlimited long distance, computer knowledge that includes MS Word and Excel and a quiet workspace.
